			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Between jobs this spring I decided it was time for a new website. Time for download-heavy, hard to navigate pages to take a sideways step in favour of good old fashioned HTML. To be honest it&#8217;s a three pronged upgrade&#8230; no flash = fully iPad and iPhone compatible, simpler layout means users can see a lot more quickly what they&#8217;re looking for and avoid large download times and thirdly it allows me a significantly easier upgrade path to HTML5 &#8211; can&#8217;t wait&#8230; enough talk here&#8217;s pic I took for Ford recently&#8230;</p>
